The Biden campaign is hiring a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) director for his campaign. This shows how much Democrats are committed to they leftist ideology despite Americans pushing back. America’s News Desk says:
The Biden campaign has recently made public its intention to recruit a director for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with the primary responsibility of developing and implementing the campaign’s DEI strategy.
The selected candidate will be compensated with a salary of up to $120,000.
The recently announced online position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000. The director of this function will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for the Biden campaign.This includes training campaign personnel on DEI matters and perhaps influencing the campaign’s hiring procedures.
“The DEI Director will focus on creating and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract and support diverse talent to further the campaign’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They will also be responsible for upskilling and further educating campaign staff around DEI.” the job listing explains.
The Biden campaign’s choice to employ a Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) aligns with the Democratic incumbent’s directive to the federal bureaucracy to adopt and institutionalize the progressive agenda inside the policies of the federal workforce.

DEI directors are reminiscent of the Soviet Union’s commissars, who would punish political opponents in everyday life. If Biden succeeds in the November election, America will most likely have to deal with more of these DEI officers worming their way throughout the economy and society.
