A man set himself on fire in front of the New York courthouse where President Trump is on trial. The charge, a felony, has never been levied against anyone else, putting into question the legitimacy of the trial. America’s News Desk reports:
An unknown individual has now reportedly lit themselves on fire outside of the New York Court house in which former President Trump is currently standing trial.
Their identity and condition are currently still unknown.

This is not the first time that a man has self-immolated for political reasons. In February, a US Airman set himself on fire in front of the Israeli Embassy in Washington to protest the war in Gaza. The NY Post says:
“Somebody set themselves on fire,” one cop was overheard saying at the scene about 20 minutes later, as ashes smoldered on the ground in the aftermath.
Flyers left at the scene linked to a Substack page with the heading: “I have set myself on fire outside the Trump Trial.”
Based on the use of Substack as a platform, chances are that the man in question was a supporter of President Trump. His manifesto and reasoning can be read here:
