Israel continues to be bogged down in its war against Hamas in Gaza. A daring operation killed a top Hamas leader while he was visiting Teheran, shocking and humiliating the Iranian regime. America’s News Desk reports:
According to a shocking new report from the New York Times the Iranian Ayatollah has now officially given the order for a direct strike on Israel in the wake of the assassination of a top Hamas official who was visiting the Iranian capitol of Tehran.
The assassination was widely perceived to have been an act of Israeli president Benjamin Netanyahu.
The decision, if it is followed through, could potentially be perceived as an act of all out war by Israel.
The risk for regional war is at an even higher level. Iran could attempt to strike Israel again, or could order Hezbollah in Lebanon to begin operations against Israel. While Israel can survive this attack, it will need to seriously consider what the end of the war looks like before things spin out of control.
